Around the World Preschool: Middle East

After Africa, we headed over to the Middle East.  The Middle East is technically part of the continent of Asia, but I decided to study it separately because it is culturally set apart from the rest of Asia and since Asia is so large it was helpful to break it up.  We read about many countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Isreal, Palestine, and Pakistan.  We also studied Islam, learning about Muhammed and how Muslims pray, and about the inspiring woman, Malala.
